Nature Spirits & Elementals

Nature spirits work with the earth, air, fire, and water, with metal and stone, plants and wood. Some inhabit plants, for instance, while others tend them.

Also called nature intelligences due to their earth-centered wisdom, nature spirits maintain the balance of the physical environment. When we interact, they can share teachings and guidance. A telepathic exchange can occur with the overarching spirit of nature or in quiet words with a river or the flowers growing beside it.

In this mini-course, we will meet nature spirits from the different elements, learn what kind of support they need, discover what they perceive in our own gardens, & much more.

Spirit Guides

Discover how to sense & connect with spirit guides—the ancestors, nature spirits & angelic beings who help us move insightfully through life.

Although we may not sense them on a daily basis, spirit guides are always active in our lives. By tuning in to their presence, we can receive their teachings more easily.

In this workshop, learn core techniques to recognize, acknowledge & learn from your spirit guides. Explore ways to establish healthy boundaries with them & release any guides who are not in alignment with you.

As you learn how to maintain an active relationship with your guides, you can feel supported on a deeper level. Life can take on greater depth as you align with their healing, expansive presence.

Astral Dynamics

In this introductory look at your dream space & the astral realm, learn how to set the space you dream in, so you can experience the growth, serenity & mystery that dreams (& sleep) make possible.

Exploring the different types of dreams we can experience, gain insight into the spiritual & energetic purposes behind dreaming. Cleanse & refresh your astral body using astral healing techniques, so you can move freely & creatively within your dreams. Become familiar with the different levels of the astral plane, using techniques to protect your astral body & position yourself within positive & creative dream spaces.

Develop a sense of seniority & creative purpose with dreaming: visit healing temples on the astral, learn how to use your dreams to manifest in daily life, & read the symbols of your dreams for inner growth & guidance.

Clairvoyant Reading Practicum: Explore your unique language for dreams as you practice reading the energy of the symbols, archetypes & landscapes that you find yourself journeying among.

In this workshop, practice communicating with stones to discover their purpose & nature. Explore what their colors, shapes & spirits share as you open to their teachings. We will also discuss the care & cleaning of gemstones, safety protocols for using them, & how to set their energy with an intention.

By connecting with stones, we deepen our relationship with the planet, bringing a new level of support, healing & creativity to our lives.

Self-Love & Self-Image

When we operate from a place of self-acceptance, we bring a dynamic, centered presence into our relationships, careers & creativity. We transform our coping skills, giving our inner voice permission to advocate for the needs of heart, body & mind. We accept both our vulnerability & our innate sense of self-direction.

Body image is highlighted in this class, with a focus on honoring your unique personal beauty & your body’s needs. Asking how we can embody our truest selves, we learn ways to bring comfort to the experience of being in the body. (Ease & satisfaction, too!)

Self-compassion is highlighted as well since we sometimes criticize & punish ourselves. Instead, we will release societal & familial conditioning around self-worth while exploring energetic ways to restore a sense of inner wholeness. Core chakra-balancing tools will encourage self-affinity, certitude & a sense of personal empowerment, too.
