In a real estate space clearing, a building’s field can be refreshed & grounded, so it will feel vibrant & comfortable to potential buyers. Removing the energy of old residents, events & attachments, a space clearing can bring a building’s energy into the present & help visitors see its true potential. Whether the building’s energy feels stagnant, unbalanced or gloomy, a space clearing can create an atmosphere that potential buyers find welcoming. Session Structure & Features

In-Person or Long-Distance?

Being on-site when performing a home, stable or business clearing is relevant, yet these sessions can also be skillfully performed long-distance. The energy travels to you & the space regardless of distance, guided by the facilitator's intent.

If you are taking part in a location clearing remotely, it can be helpful to communicate during the session by phone or an online video platform such as Zoom. This way, the individual facilitating the clearing can actively communicate about the energies being seen while asking for feedback. If it is not possible for you to participate during the session, a form is provided during registration in which you can describe your intentions & needs for this space clearing session.

Gemstones, Aromatherapy & Flower Essences

Suggestions can be given regarding aromatherapy, gemstone placement, flower essence room sprays & other space-setting tools. By using them, you create a way for the healing, creative & protective energies of nature to support your space.

A variety of flower essence & essential oil lines are considered, to match their strengths to the atmosphere & frequency you wish to establish. While different gemstones’ attributes are considered to address the varied needs of your space, attention is also paid to the ability of different gemstones to work together harmoniously & aesthetically.

ENERGETIC PREPARATION

Prior to a space clearing session, the facilitator will establish a clear, protected field with well-defined energetic boundaries. This way, the client, facilitator & space will not take on each other's energies while relating.
