Summer Solstice Meditation

On the summer solstice, we open to light, celebrating the life-giving properties of the sun. On this longest day of the year, set your field for a deeper experience of the summer’s energy.

In mindfulness meditation, explore your relationship with light as you attune to the quality of light that the sun is radiating. Next, engage with the teachings of the solstice in a guided visualization—access the transformative, purifying fire that guides our growth this season.

At the solstice, we also honor the ripening landscape around us. To acknowledge the creative life force of the land, we will close with a blessing ceremony to share healing, catalyzing energy with the Earth.

Pet Loss Grief Support

Saturday, June 29, 2024 12-3 pm ET

Join a compassionate circle to learn how to say goodbye in a comforting, sacred way. Explore the 7 steps of grieving through the lens of spiritual energy—what does it mean to grieve a beloved animal, & how can we use meditation, intuitive skills & energy healing to respond to our needs at this time?

While processing your grief & integrating the emotions it stimulates, learn how to connect to your memories with a sense of inner peace. Share a gentle healing with your animal’s spirit as we explore different beliefs about animals’ afterlives. Participate in a meditative ceremony to bless your animal & the life you shared, creating a spiritual memorial you can visit in meditation.

To give participants a focus for their next stage of healing, physical memorials in the form of ceremonies, garden spots, & creative works will be explored as well as gemstones & flower essences that aid in healing grief.

Nature Spirits of Summer

As we explore & journey in the summer, we open to a sense of space. The Earth expresses her visions, too, in the life that grows around us.

In this workshop, experience the forces that become active during the summer season. Learn how to attune to the nature spirits who help plants to flourish & create life-giving food. Visit with the elements that help energize the land. Discover the teachings they offer about wildness & freedom, growth & exchange.

The workshop is 3rd in a 4-part series that teaches about nature spirits & the elements by exploring how to connect with them each season. We will consider the role that key plant & tree spirits play each season as well as the teachings of the elements that are active at these times.

Establish a sacred space to open to your sensuality & sexual power—learn how to transform & catalyze the energy in your sexual space.

Over time, this part of us can get conditioned & invalidated. As you release programming from society, family & relationships, claim your own truth about sexuality. Next, bring healing energy into your sexual space to deepen communications between your body, heart & mind.

With this foundation in place, explore ways to bring your sensuality into resonance with your spirit. Approaching sex as a sacred act, learn how to establish an empowering exchange between spirit & body. When we tend to our sexual energy, we help it align with our essence, opening on deeper, more expansive levels to the divine aspect of love.

Spirit Guides

Discover how to sense & connect with spirit guides—the ancestors, nature spirits & angelic beings who help us move insightfully through life.

Although we may not sense them on a daily basis, spirit guides are always active in our lives. By tuning in to their presence, we can receive their teachings more easily.

In this workshop, learn core techniques to recognize, acknowledge & learn from your spirit guides. Explore ways to establish healthy boundaries with them & release any guides who are not in alignment with you.
