Workshops at Ancient Suns mix creative, meditative activities with new concepts, to present ideas about working with energy in a fresh way. Workshop topics draw from fields such as nature spirituality, abundance practices, interspecies communication, grief recovery & energy healing.

At this time, we can offer them sensitive reassurance using healing energy & simple communication techniques.

Winter Solstice Meditation

Every winter, we learn how to comfort & warm ourselves, creating meaning in the quiet of the season. As the land grows still beneath the snow, how can we turn within in a sacred way?

Engage in a mindfulness meditation that helps you open to the time of winter & your unique way of experiencing stillness at the turning of the year. Continue with a healing ceremony in which you release the past year, reclaim your energy, then establish your vision for the coming year.

We will close with a guided visualization in which you explore the teachings of the solstice.

In this workshop, learn techniques to listen to the subtle voices of the natural world as they manifest in winter. Make a meaningful connection to them, as you commune with the nature spirits that become active at this time.

This workshop is 1st in a 4-part series that teaches about nature spirits & the elements by exploring how we can connect with them each season. We will consider the role that key plant & tree spirits play each season as well as teachings from the elements, such as the snow, ice & northern lights, in this case.

Relationship Space Healing I

Saturday, February 1, 2025 11 AM-1 pm ET

The space of relationship is sacred. When we join with others, we connect on profound emotional & physical levels, yet we also connect energetically. The space that we share with a lover can become filled with old energies, however. Learn how to restore the field in which you share your essence with another.

In Part I of this workshop series, learn techniques to separate energetically from an ex-lover, releasing the energies of old relationships. Next, learn how to refresh this space, washing healing energy through it. Finally, learn how to reset your relationship space, using energy & visualization. Within this restored space, begin to create & explore again.
