Men’s Energy & Meditation
Renew yourself by exploring the vibration of the sacred masculine. Learn how this energy manifests in your life by actively working with your male energy.
In this class, we ask how spiritual energy flows in a male body. We learn how this energy manifests in our lives by working with our male energy. Explore its nature, color & vibratory essence as you actively run it through your male energy body. Use this energy to deepen & empower your communications, creativity, relationships, spiritual life, & more.
This all starts by learning how to establish a grounding for your male energy centers that can create an empowering sense of stability. From this anchoring point, you can release societal & ancestral programming around masculinity as you also clear emotions that affect your momentum & sense of self. Exploring the differences between male & female energy, you can learn ways to relate to female energy with authenticity & positive boundaries. Practicing meditation techniques that support your male energy, you can transform at emotional, mental, spiritual & even physical levels.
In this class, you learn to:
