Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payments

For sessions, workshops & courses, full payment is requested upon registration.

If a student needs to make a set of smaller payments over the duration of a class, special arrangements can be made. 

Cancellations

Sessions

Because your session appointments are reserved for you, 24 hours notice is needed to change your session time or cancel an appointment. The full session fee will be refunded if 24 hours notice is given. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee for the time you reserved. 

Classes, Workshops & Trainings

If you have registered for a class, workshop or training & are unable to attend, registration fees are refundable up to 24 hours before the start of the class or workshop. Course & workshop fees must be paid if cancellations are made without 24 hours notice.

Refunds for cancelled classes, workshops & trainings will be assessed a $20 administrative fee.

Theresa Flemming reserves the right to end a session or remove a student from a course or workshop if necessary. A refund for that session’s remaining time or any classes left in a course can be provided, with $20 retained as an administrative fee.
